Terms of Use for Vendors

1. Purpose

The Vendor Dashboard enables providers to present their services for events (e.g. weddings, birthdays, corporate events) via the Cadonizer platform.

2. Content & Rights

Vendors may upload images, videos, texts, pricing information, social media links, and offers. They confirm that they hold all necessary rights to the uploaded content. By uploading, vendors grant Cadonizer a non-exclusive right to display the content on the platform.

3. Permissible Content

The following content is prohibited:

• Illegal, racist, pornographic, or offensive content
• Content that infringes copyright or trademark rights
• False pricing information or misleading advertising

4. Liability & Cadonizer's Role

Cadonizer solely acts as a contact platform. We are not an organizer, service provider, or contractual party between users and vendors. Contracts are concluded solely between those two parties. Cadonizer assumes no liability for:

• The quality or fulfillment of services offered
• Delayed or failed payments
• Disputes between users and vendors

5. Data Storage

All uploaded data is stored on servers located within the European Union. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

6. Changes & Beta Status

This platform is currently in beta. Features may be changed or temporarily unavailable at any time. Cadonizer makes no guarantee of permanent availability or functionality.
