1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the platform "Cadonizer" at https://business.cadonizer.com by service providers (hereinafter referred to as "Vendors") who wish to present their services in the field of event planning.

2. Services Provided by Cadonizer

Cadonizer offers a platform that allows vendors to present their services (e.g., event planning, catering, music, photography, etc.) free of charge. The platform solely serves to connect service providers with potential clients. There is no guarantee of inquiries, bookings, or leads.

3. Obligations of Vendors

Vendors agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate information about their business and services
• Not upload any unlawful content (e.g., images/videos that infringe copyright)
• Refrain from posting offensive or discriminatory content
• Not upload personal data of third parties without consent

4. Content

Vendors may upload texts, images, videos, social media links, and pricing information. By uploading content, they confirm that they hold the necessary usage rights.

5. Usage & Fees

The use of the platform is currently free of charge. Cadonizer reserves the right to offer paid premium features in the future. These will be optional and clearly marked.

6. Liability

Cadonizer is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the platform unless caused by intent or gross negligence.

7. Suspension & Termination

Cadonizer reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts without notice in the event of violations of these Terms. Vendors may terminate their account at any time without notice.
